Four Muddy Paws is proud to carry Eye Envy in Edwardsville, Illinois. Eye Envy was founded in 2001 with a $300 investment and a hunch. Founder, Lisa Burns, was a breeder of Himalayan and Persian cats and like most innovations, Eye Envy was borne out of frustration. Both breeds had the propensity for unsightly tear stains and there was not a product available to remedy this problem.
